• How long does delivery take?

  Orders are dispatched from our atelier within two business days. Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 business days, and express within 1–2. Shipping is complimentary on every order.

• What is your returns policy?

  We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns are complimentary; simply use the prepaid label included with your order.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes. We ship to over 60 countries. Any applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there is nothing further to pay on arrival.

• How should I care for my pieces?

  Each garment carries specific care instructions on its label. As a rule, we recommend professional cleaning for tailoring and knitwear, and conditioning leather goods twice a year to preserve their patina.

• Can I alter or repair an ELMOURE piece?

  We offer a repair and alteration service on all pieces purchased from us. Contact our client care team and we will arrange collection and assessment at our atelier.
